Our Bolted Tank division specializes in the field erection and modification of engineered above-ground storage tanks. We use a controlled jacking method that allows tanks to be assembled progressively at ground level, significantly reducing reliance on scaffolding and minimizing elevated work compared to traditional construction methods. 

We execute installation in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and engineer-of-record requirements while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Our Welded Tank division specializes in bringing existing above-ground storage tanks back to full API compliance and extending asset life. From localized repairs to full structural replacements, all work is performed with engineered drawings required NDE, and code-specific inspection plans. 

Services Include:

• API compliance repairs (patching, repads, inserts, weld seam & puddle weld repairs)
• Double Bottom with annular, concrete spacer, liner and leak detection (El Segundo bottom)
• Bottom plate removal and replacement
• Shell course replacements
• Roof plate and structural roof replacement 
• Installation of new manways and nozzles (shell and roof)
• Floating roof deck, rim and pontoon structure repairs
• Repair or replacement of floating roof appurtenances (ladders, gauging systems, roof drains, sumps, vacuum breakers, legs and sleeves)
• Floating roof seal compliance inspection, repair or replacement

All projects include engineering-supported drawings and calculations, API-mandated NDE inspections, and code-specific field inspection plans.
